Star is an exceptional young lady who has travelled all the way from Kennel Greenhill's
in Finland (awarded Top Kennel of 2007) to join our family. Star comes from an outstanding line of champions - her immediate pedigree includes some highly recognized golden retrievers - Champion Shardanell Talk o' the Town at Ipcress and Champion Elswood the Highlander - both of whom are magnificent examples of everything a golden retriever should be. She has a thick, wavy cream coat, non-fading jet black pigment; excellent, large-boned structure and a beautiful, blocky head with a sweet and expressive face. She has a magnetic personality that seems to attract both young and old wherever she goes !! She is very social and loves everybody and any new adventure. Star is the complete package as a golden - extremely smart, beautiful, obedient, powerful and athletic, gentle and loving, devoted and very confident. Our most heartfelt thanks to Anne Virtanen at Greenhill's for giving us the privelege of owning such a bright and shining "Star".

We are very proud to announce that Star received the final points needed for her championship on July 29, 2010 under judge Doug Gaudin at the Muskoka District Kennel Club Show. Star was certainly shining in the ring as she took the Winner's Bitch ribbon and was crowned new CANADIAN Champion.
